The South Mississippi Soccer Club will hold its registration NOW (August 1, 2009) until August 15, 2009 (late registration will incur and a late fee applied after this date if we can place your child on a team).

In person registration will take place at Academy Sports & Outdoors (Crossroads Shopping Center) in Gulfport from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 15, 2009.

SMSC has been providing quality soccer on the Mississippi Gulf Coast for over 30 years. We accept players who were 4 years old by July 31, 2009, through players who were 18 years old by July 31, 2009. Children that are not five will not be allowed to play because of Mississippi Soccer Association regulations. Registration also includes U16 through U19. Last year we registered > 1000 players and had 120+ teams. All games will be played at the County Farm Soccer Complex in Harrison County. This is our soccer complex with a large pavilion and 11 great fields. Coaches, you must fill out a coaching registration and kidsafe form again this year. Remember that if there are more coaches in an age group/neighborhood than needed, the coach with the highest coaching certification will get first choice. Also, only coaches who have a team sponsor will be able to choose their jersey colors dependant upon when sponsor information is received and the time jersey orders are placed.
