2022 ACADEMY SCHEDULE
Harrison County
When? Players born in 2017 and 2018 will train on Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30. Sessions will be held September 6, 13, 20, and 27.
Players born from 2010-2016 will train on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30-7:45. Sessions will be held September 6, 8, 13, 15, 20, 22, 27, and 29.
Where? Our Harrison County sessions will be held at the Gulfport Sportsplex (17200 16th St in Gulfport). We will be on the softball field 4, which is located directly beside the Canal St entrance.
Jackson County
When? Players born in 2017 and 2018 will train on Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30. Sessions will be held September 6, 13, 20, and 27.

2022 FALL REC ACADEMY
Celebrating ELEVEN years of Academy service to children on the Gulf Coast. 2011-2022.
SMSC is taking the initiative a step forward in reshaping the Academy into a progressive environment for enjoyable player development. The program ties in the club sponsorship with Nike, coaching education and program development support from the United Soccer Coaches (USC) and the ambitious goal of creating top class players. The club is very excited about the new and improved program !
The Academy is held on two sites and is open to all children ages 4 to 12. Registration for The Academy occurs at the same time as soccer registration. The Academy begins September 6th and runs once a week on Tuesday and Thursday nights for 4 weeks for 5U/6U and twice a week for 4 weeks for 7U+ prior to the beginning of rec season.
The Gulfport Sportsplex Soccer Complex and Ocean Springs Sports Complex will host the program.
The cost of the Academy is $115 for ages 7U through 12U and $55 for 5U and 6U. Three installment payment plans are available.
All children will receive an Academy soccer jersey. Each player will be trained in various techniques and skills including passing, shooting, control, heading, and juggling. The Academy coaches are professional, licensed coaches with many being SMSC Select coaches and/or former and current professional and college players. Come join the largest and most successful training program on the beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast!
