2025-26 REC SOCCER PROGRAM FALL REGISTRATION
2025 FALL REC ACADEMY INFORMATION & SCHEDULE
The Academy is held on two sites and is open to all children ages 4 to 12. Registration for The Academy occurs at the same time as soccer registration.
Harrison County:
The Academy begins in September and runs once a week on Tuesday night for 4 weeks for 5U/6U and twice a week on Tues/Thurs for 4 weeks for 7U+ prior to the beginning of rec season.
Jackson County:
The Academy begins in September and runs once a week on Monday night for 4 weeks for 5U/6U and twice a week on Mon/Wed for 4 weeks for 7U+ prior to the beginning of rec season.
The Gulfport VA and Ocean Springs Sports Complex will host the program.
The cost of the Academy is $135 for ages 7U through 12U and $85 for 5U and 6U.
All children will receive an Academy soccer jersey. Each player will be trained in various techniques and skills including passing, shooting, control, heading, and juggling. The Academy coaches are professional, licensed coaches with many being SMSC Select coaches and/or former and current professional and college players. 2025 FALL REC ACADEMY
Celebrating FIFTEEN years of Academy service to children on the Gulf Coast. 2011-2025.
SMSC is taking the initiative a step forward in reshaping the Academy into a progressive environment for enjoyable player development. The program ties in the club sponsorship with Nike, coaching education and program development support from the United Soccer Coaches (USC) and the ambitious goal of creating top class players. The club is very excited about the new and improved program !
